High-Demand Migration
Despite the relatively small number of products, the existing system included many specialized functions that had to be transferred and implemented anew.
Thus, we created several custom solutions, fully maintaining the functionality of the previous site.
Custom Management Features
Among others, the following were implemented:
• Mass export of statistics, products & orders
• Advanced inventory control
• Creation of a daily picking list for better order management
Design with Respect to the Brand
A modern and lightweight theme was chosen, which was adapted to maintain the identity of the old site, but enriched with modern and improved features.
User Migration
One of the most demanding parts of the project was the transfer of all existing users from Magento to WooCommerce — a complex process that was successfully completed.

A blog with articles and tips was created, enhancing the content and value of the site for visitors.

Full connection with social media, with an integrated Instagram feed on the homepage.

We integrated multiple shipping options (Box Now, ACS, DHL), giving flexibility and choices to customers.
Bilingual Support
The e-shop is available in Greek and English, expanding its audience.
